  • Smart Patrol Robot

    By integrating multiple information sources such as lidar, millimeter-wave radar, and visual sensors, the robot achieves precise autonomous path planning and navigation. It can independently plan paths, navigate, and perform inspection tasks in various complex environments, with a positioning accuracy of centimeter level. Equipped with multi-modal sensors (including infrared thermal imaging, voiceprint monitoring modules, high-precision gas detectors, etc.) and AI visual algorithms, it monitors and warns of potential hazards in real time based on multi-dimensional indicators such as light, temperature, sound, and gas. It can not only quickly identify equipment operating status and meter readings, but also keenly detect potential fault hazards such as abnormal temperatures, mechanical abnormal noises, gas leaks, and smoke noises, with an identification accuracy rate of over 95%.
    It supports unified management via a digital twin platform, allowing operators to remotely control the robot's movements and obtain real-time on-site high-definition videos and monitoring data. Its large-capacity battery and high-efficiency energy management system ensure long battery life and support automatic charging, which greatly improves inspection efficiency and reduces labor costs and safety risks. The product can be widely applied in locations such as equipment rooms and power distribution rooms in industries including power, energy, railways, and subways, enhancing inspection efficiency and optimizing operation and maintenance management.

  • Smart Firefighting Robot

    The smart firefighting robot integrates a variety of cutting-edge technologies and focuses on professional firefighting operation scenarios. By combining an event camera, a stereo camera, and multiple sensors, it has developed a high-accuracy fire source identification model, which can quickly analyze fire intensity and fire type. Equipped with a fire monitor controlled by visual servo motors, it supports multi-medium switching (water, foam, dry powder, etc.) and enables remote-controlled fire extinguishing as well as one-click automatic targeting for fire extinguishing.
    Upon receiving a fire command, the robot can independently plan the optimal path and quickly navigate to the fire point by virtue of its high-precision millimeter-wave radar and spatial positioning system. Meanwhile, it continuously collects and transmits real-time on-site fire dynamic data during movement, providing safety personnel with more comprehensive decision-making basis. After safety personnel at the fire control center complete fire situation assessment through the human-computer interaction terminal, a fire extinguishing command can be issued with one click relying on the robot's built-in emergency response system.
    This robot is mainly applied in flammable and explosive areas (such as petrochemical and gas facilities), large warehouses and factories, as well as underground structures (such as tunnels and subways). It can replace firefighters to enter dangerous environments for critical tasks, improving rescue efficiency and ensuring the life safety of firefighters.

  • Smart Patrol & Firefighting Robot

    The Smart Patrol & Firefighting Robot is an integrated system based on autonomous inspection, intelligent early warning, decision-making response, and precise handling. It overcomes the limitations of traditional firefighting equipment that relies on manual experience, realizing the entire process autonomy of "identification - positioning - firefighting".
    The robot can conduct 24/7 autonomous patrolling and link with the smart firefighting system to achieve early fire warning and rapid response. In daily inspection mode, it monitors the environmental status; once a fire is triggered, it automatically switches to firefighting mode, immediately sends real-time alerts to the fire control center via the wireless communication module, and promptly requests firefighting authorization.
    Its built-in fire situation analysis software and fire source identification system enable fire source type analysis, real-time power calculation, and precise spatial positioning. It uses high-precision servo motors to drive the water cannon, and combines the jet trajectory prediction model with visual servo feedback to achieve closed-loop control of the water cannon—helping the robot accomplish firefighting tasks in a more efficient and scientific manner.

  • Fire Situation Analysis Software

    The Fire Situation Analysis Software employs advanced algorithms and data analysis technologies to conduct in-depth analysis of fire-related data collected by various sensors. It can process real-time data from devices such as smart inspection robots, surveillance cameras, smoke sensors, and temperature sensors, accurately identifying the occurrence of fires and making precise judgments on key information including fire size, spread direction, and fire source type.
    By adopting spectral detection and deep learning technology, the software enables rapid identification and classification of combustible types within 1 second, and selects appropriate fire-extinguishing agents, with an identification accuracy rate of 98%. Based on artificial intelligence and computer vision, it realizes image-based real-time identification of the heat release rate of fire sources.
    Additionally, the software can predict the development trend of the fire based on historical data and real-time fire conditions, providing data support for fire rescue personnel to formulate scientific and reasonable fire-extinguishing strategies. This helps them plan rescue paths in advance, allocate rescue resources properly, effectively improve the efficiency and success rate of fire-extinguishing and rescue operations, and protect people's lives and property safety.

  • Automatic Targeting System

    The Automatic Targeting Software System is based on fire source positioning technology and modular water cannon closed-loop control technology, enabling precise positioning and automatic targeting of fire sources to provide efficient support for fire-extinguishing operations.
    Compared with the traditional fire source positioning technology for automatic fire monitors, our team has pioneered the design of a fire source detection and segmentation algorithm. This algorithm solves the data fusion problem between event cameras and depth cameras, realizing accurate spatial positioning of the fire source fuel area with a positioning accuracy of >90%.
    We have also independently developed jet prediction and visual servo technology, incorporated an impact point detection model, and innovated a trajectory correction mechanism. This mechanism dynamically corrects the water cannon’s jet trajectory to achieve closed-loop control of the water cannon, resulting in an aiming error of less than 0.1° and a reduction of the fire-extinguishing response time to 15 seconds.
